Booking for four nights was not on record when we arrived but they sorted out the issue well next day and discounted all nights after we changed rooms. Hotel is highly recommended.

I had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right on the river overlooking the busy ferry crossing. It's not easily accessible, which adds to the exclusivity and charm of this place. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent room service. The shops and commercial services available here were a great convenience, and the medical facilities provided added an extra level of comfort and security. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The dining table in the room was a nice touch, and the free toiletries provided were of high quality. Not to mention the television, AM/FM alarm clock, and telephone that were all included. The room itself was quite spacious and had a nostalgic charm in its furnishings. I also loved the Mekong lounge area, where I enjoyed a quiet breakfast and happy hour. The free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel ensured a good night's sleep.
This place is a true gem! Highly recommended to everyone!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was located close to the river side with a stunning view. I also appreciated the fact that it was situated close to restaurants in the area. The hotel facilities were extensive and included a great breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and provided excellent service.
Nothing to be said.

The people are really friendly and ready to help. Walking distance to the Royal Palace.
Everything is very old, including towels and lining (although is very clean).

For my Christmas stay, the amenities were nice and the room was cozy. The Christmas decorations were aesthetically pleasing, and I enjoyed the offer of complimentary breakfast. The location was easily accessible and there was a nice view of the surroundings.
The staff were unprofessional and not helpful, and the customer service left something to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was subpar and some of the amenities were not functioning properly.

Location was exellent, staff friendly, how ever onward going trainning reqired in some areas.
The hotel location was very good, however it is in need of a major make over, the rooms are showing signs of age and are in some cases shabby. We chose a Club floor room, but was very disappointed, was told the we had reserved a normal room, but this was not the case, and the manager had to intervene. The room we asked for was not as requested a non smoker. Didnt see any evening free cocktails, although tea and coffee was available all day in the Club lounge. Had we been given a non smoking room we would have had a better view overlooking the river. Over all disappionted, the music from the night club was audable on the 5th floor at midnight. Note the first booking was for a deluxe room which I up graded with bookings .co by phone

The Cambodiana is a very good hotel. The facilities are nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is good, close to the main attractions. Views of the river are a plus. The fitness center is a real fitness center, suitable for working out.
The reviews describe this hotel as being a bit "faded". Indeed, it is not (or is no longer) a luxury hotel. But it is still pretty good, and probably better than most others in the city.

I had a wonderful solo stay close to the stunning river views and fantastic restaurants. the upcoming location was perfect for exploring the area and accessing the sunset boat jetty within a few steps. the friendly staff welcomed me and showed me to my room which was spotlessly clean, with extensive facilities. the vast range of breakfast options in the morning catered to every taste and the French bakery was an absolute delight.
There were some minor issues with the gym equipment which detracted slightly from the otherwise excellent experience.

The view from our room was breathtaking! It was amazing to wake up every morning to the stunning view of the city skyline. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious food. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was conveniently located close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed the pool and the relaxation it offered.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use a little bit of a revamp. the hotel can also improve on their room service, as sometimes it took a bit longer than expected for our orders to arrive.
